Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including mobile app development, UI, digital marketing, and CRM, I design and implement cutting-edge technologies that elevate customer satisfaction.Previously, at LC Waikiki, I held the position of Digital Product Specialist, fulfilling the responsibilities of a Product Owner.
